Mac Miller – He Who Ate All The Caviar (Official Video)

Mac Miller surprised fans via Twitter with an unreleased track titled “These Dayz”, but the Pittsburgh MC felt the need to be even more philanthropic with his music.

The result was this trippy set of visuals for another unreleased track, “He Who Ate All the Caviar” produced by Miller himself under the alias Larry Fisherman. The video captures the essence of the history making MC (we can’t stress this enough), as he gets into random hi-jinks with his Polo Bear.

Wiz Khalifa – Goin Places ft. Mac Miller

The Pittsburgh boys are back with a laid back hazy jam. Mac Miller’s been goin in all sorts of free releases and with this one being reminiscent of the K.I.D.S days, I call this one a winner. This one sounds like its been just layin around for a while but when you get Mac and Wiz Khalifa on a track together, it’s always a treat.

Mac Miller – First Day of My Life (Bright Eyes Cover) + PlaneCarBoat ft. Schoolboy Q

I’ve FINALLY gotten access to internet for the first time in a couple days so I’m gonna be brief. Mac Miller finally got himself on SoundCloud under his production name Larry Dollaz and to start off, he covered the Bright Eyes classic First Day of My Life and dropped off a collaboration Schoolboy Q!

Mac Miller & Pharrell – Glow

Mac JUST let loose a cut that will appear on his collaborative EP with Pharrell“Pink Slime”. I dig the energy Pharrell is bringing to his music game as of the last 6 months (something he admittedly stated he was lacking the last few years). Glad to see certain artists and areas of music are exciting him again. Dope track.

The Shameless Shuffle #003

My bad for gettin this one out on Monday morning but regardless here’s the third week of The Shameless Shuffle! This week we’ve got some of my favorite tracks from a couple years ago with tracks from Bayside, Chevelle and Angels & Airwaves as well as some new jams from Steve Aoki and Mac Miller!

This song from Chevelle is still a staple in all of my workout/pre-rugby playlists. The gritty bass line has so much swagger that still gets me completely wild today.

Steve Aoki found the winning formula with his party oriented electro house and this track is one of the most fun to rage to from his Wonderland album.

This is an absolute classic off his K.I.D.S mixtape that samples Owl City’s major hit Firefly. This was the track that gave me my introduction to Mr. Miller’s unique brand of hip-hop.

Kind of a misfit off of Bayside’s Acoustic album released after the death of their drummer Johnny Beatz, it’s still a great song when taken as it’s own work from one of my favorite bands of all time.
Bayside – Paternal Reversal – DOWNLOAD LINK

I can’t tell you how many times I listened to this song and told everyone within earshot about it when it first came out back in 2005. I still like to go watch the music video, which visualizes Angels & Airwaves perfectly with the space oriented theme.

Urban Noize – Mr. West EP

Through their prolific output of remixes Miami production duo Urban Noize has taken remixing to the next level while, in the process, making quite the name for themselves. Having remixed music from Mac MillerAlicia KeysOutkastM.I.A., and Chris Brown (to name a few), Urban Noize have proven themselves to be masterful rework producers. In an age where any no-name producer with cheap production software can tinker with a song and shell it out to the listening masses as a genuine remix, the true art of remixing appears to have been lost.

Urban Noize’s new remix opus “Mr. West” finds brothers Steve and Steven singling out eight songs from Kanye West‘s expansive catalog and treating them to their personal remix treatment. Re-imagining songs from a larger than life artist like Mr. West is no small feat. Urban Noize are among the few producers today that posess the creative knack for transforming and breathing new life into the songs the remix.

Preview 3 of the tracks below and catch the full download.

Big Sean – Hundred Dollar Bill Skyscraper ft. Mac Miller

This is the first of what can only hopefully be a string of collaborations between Mac Miller & Big Sean. This gruesome twosome brings nothing but good vibes for a summer cruise and each lays down a classic verse that definitely doesn’t disappoint. There’s nothing better than these guys goin in over a jazzy beat and since these guys are stackin money to ceiling off their last respective albums so this one’s a freebie for you guys!

Mac Miller – Day One; A Song About Nothing [Prod by Mac Miller]

Following up Onaroll, Mac Miller dropped this self produced gem via his Twitter a little while ago. Seems as though Mac’s got some Big Jerm influence on this one but it sounds like some K.I.D.S. style material which is always good news.

Mac Miller x Pharrell – Onaroll

This is the first single off of the Mac Miller & Pharrell Williams collaboration album Pink Slime. The production is menacing and Mac Miller just flows over the beat with precision. There are rumored to be contributions from some other heavyweights such as Lil Wayne & Kendrick Lamar on the EP so I can’t wait to see what the rest of the project has in store!

Mac Miller – Thugz Mansion (Acoustic Tupac Cover)

For some Mac Miller diehards, this may be a treat, as this works for me. He’s completely removed (in similarity) on one of hip hop’s greatest acoustic choruses, and yet his persona does its job working with the song’s message. Being a huge fan of Tupac, we’ve seen Mac cover his “Thugz Mansion” record live on tour in the past many times. But while out in the UK, DJ Semtex got him to actually record his acoustic cover of it at the BBC 1Extra Studios; the hip hop radio show has a bit where it’s tradition for the artists to perform a cover of their choice. Judge for yourself…
